The rich and varied menu offers a mix of dishes inspired by Vieux Lyon’s Italian origins and traditional fare, including pâté en croûte à la lyonnaise, quenelle de brochet sauce Nantua and cervelle de canut. The cuisine is simple and features only the finest produce. And when it comes to side dishes, the regulars know what to choose. The house speciality is potato purée with olive oil.
